1. Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Once you place the order on our website and make payment for it, you would receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you don’t receive it, please contact us. You can also visit your Member Center to view detailed information about the state of the order.

We will ship the package within 24 hours. Once shipped out, an email will be sent to you within the next 48 hours showing that the order has been shipped and could be tracked with the tracking numbe provided. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.

2. Orders may be delayed for the following reasons:

- The addresses of “Billing” and “Shipping” are not the same. 
- The order is in pending status waiting for credit verification. 
- A product is currently out of stock. 
- customized order.
